Attendees – Grouping -Reporting
NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications are live webhook pushes to those you wish to notify. You can send notifications globally to all users or specify pages where the message should appear. These messages will automatically pop up as overlays on the page and require attendees to click “OK” to clear them.
GROUPING
The grouping feature allows you to create attendee groups based on various criteria. For example, you can have groups for in-person and virtual attendees or different registration tiers like Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc. You can show or hide specific pages for different audience needs based on their group assignment.
ATTENDEE MANIPULATION
The attendee manipulation feature allows you to add, edit, and delete attendees. You can use the bulk upload option to add a list of attendees by filling out a CSV template. The feature also lets you differentiate between regular attendees and staff (staff members won’t be tracked in reporting).
REPORTING
The reporting section provides various types of reports for tracking event data. These include registration reports, login reports, activity reports, room reports, and more. The reports offer insights into attendee actions, attendance rates, and overall event engagement.
